JOB SUMMARY:

  • Number of positions to fill: 1
  • Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
  • Work hours: 40-hour work week | Monday to Friday
  • Job status: Full-time, Permanent
  • Work location: In person
  • Location: Vaughan, ON (including GTA & surrounding areas)

Commercial Coordinator Key Responsibilities (Vaughan, ON):

  • Prepare and deliver timely quotes to builder clients.
  • Assist in maintaining builder client relationships and addressing their inquiries.
  • Manage commercial data and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order entry for commercial projects.
  • Coordinate commercial installation schedules and manage service requests.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to procure materials and products.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments, such as operations, scheduling and customer service, to ensure smooth order processing.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with customers, site supervisors, and installers.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, orders, and interactions.
  • Assist in general daily operations to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

Commercial Coordinator we are looking for in Vaughan, ON:

  • 2-3 years of sales and customer service experience.
  • Technical knowledge of garage doors and/or construction is advantageous.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in sales support, preferably in the construction or building industry.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Knowledge of garage doors or related products is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.
